Hamachi Semi Crudo on WCIU you&me

Jon and Rachel from WCIU’s you&me hosted me to showcase items from our Raised Spring/Summer menu. This clip seems to have disappeared but in the filming, I demonstrated two favorite recipes, the hamachi semi crudo and a citrus duck.
